My name is Antonio Harris born and reared in a Christian environment of a single mother. Being a twin and child prodigy we seem to learn a bit differently and faster than our peers. For example, he sees things one way, I see another and we somehow put them together. Causing our viewpoint to become more conceptual. We had the blessed privilege to be in programs like the YMCA where we became lifeguards at the young age of 10 even being King Kids where we were taught more about African culture before most of our peers. We continued programming and being in groups throughout our adolescent years that taught us more about character and morals. Memorable moments like being a part of the PAL Program (Police Athletic League) where we played pee wee sports as the police taught us about law enforcement, while riding in the squad cars and turning on the sirens. The importance of programs and groups should never be overlooked, for they helped us tremendously.
I attended Paul Lawerence Dunbar High School in the Stop 6 community. There I was the Sr Class President, nominated Homecoming King and Honor Society Member. I even won the Jake and Jill award in mathematics. Track was the sport where I got my claim to fame, actually breaking a record in the 880 meter race, along with our team winning cross country district championships 3 years in a row. I enrolled at TCJC for criminal justice, to later find myself taking business courses at Cedar Valley College. I've been an entrepreneur for over a decade providing lawn care service and Ask Us First a business incubator of advertising, marketing branding, and networking.
